How do you log in?

Enter your "User ID" and "Password" and click on "Log In". Note that User ID and Password entries are case sensitive. That is, "user123" is not the same as "USER123" or "User123".

What to do if you forgot your password?

You can reset your password by requesting a temporary password. Click on "Forget Password?" and fill out the form with your identification information.

The system will email you a temporary password. As soon as you get this email message, please log in using the temporary password and update your account password. Note that the temporary password will be emailed to the address you have provided as part of your Gradiance account information.

How do you create your account?

You can create a new Gradiance account by clicking on "Create New Account" and filling out the form. When creating your account, you should choose a unique user ID and password, along with specifying your email address, first name and last name. Note that all fields in the form are required (for instance, you cannot create an account without specifying your email address). Also, the user ID should have at least six characters, comprising of letters, digits and the '_' character. The password should have at least ten characters, comprising of letters, digits and the '_' character, with at least one letter and at least one digit.

After successfully creating your account, you can log in to the Gradiance system and use the services.
