Register for SQL Tutorial

Please fill out the following form and click on Register By Check to sign up for the tutorial. Please send a check for the $30 registration fee, payable to Gradiance Corporation. The mailing address is: Gradiance Corporation, 1023 Cathcart Way, Stanford CA 94305. Please indicate your User ID on the check.

Your registration will be complete as soon as your check clears. Note that it may take up to 5 business days for your check to clear after we recieve your check. As soon as your registration is complete, you will be sent an email notification. You can then log in to the Gradiance system and access your tutorial. Note that registration for the tutorial is valid for 90 days.
